How does your sizing run

Our pieces are cut on UK 10 as the house block and graded out. Most styles sit true to size with a generous shoulder and a closer waist. Where a garment runs slim or oversized, the product page notes it. See the size guide for measurements in centimetres.

Where do you ship

We ship to the United Kingdom and to Sri Lanka. Other destinations are added one country at a time. Write to us if you would like to be notified when we reach yours.

How long does delivery take

Two to five business days inside the United Kingdom. Five to ten business days inside Sri Lanka. Tracking is provided for every order.

What is your return policy

Fourteen days from delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item is faulty. Full details are on the returns page.

What materials do you use

Wool from Italian and British mills. Cotton poplin from Coimbatore. Linen from Lithuania. Cashmere from a single Inner Mongolian co-operative. Where possible, we source mulesing-free and OEKO-TEX certified yarns.

How do you handle payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay through Stripe. United Kingdom orders are charged in pounds sterling. Sri Lankan orders are charged in rupees.

Do you take custom orders

Occasionally. Made-to-measure is offered for our coat and tailoring styles, by appointment only, with a lead time of six to eight weeks. Write to [email protected].

How are your garments made

In a small atelier outside Colombo, by a team of fewer than twenty cutters and machinists. Pattern cutting is done in London. Every piece is checked by hand before it is packed.

Are your prices final

Yes. Prices on the site are the prices you pay, exclusive of any value-added tax that may apply at the point of import. We do not run seasonal sales.

How should I care for my garment

Care instructions are sewn into every piece and printed on the product page. As a rule, wool and cashmere are dry-clean only. Cotton and linen may be machine-washed cold, hung to dry, and pressed on a low setting.

Do you offer gift wrapping

Yes. Add a note at checkout. Pieces are wrapped in unbleached cotton and tied with a paper-tape ribbon. There is no additional charge.
