Terms of sale

These terms apply to every purchase made through zelon.uk. By placing an order you accept them.

Pricing

Prices on the site are shown in pounds sterling for the United Kingdom and in rupees for Sri Lanka. Prices exclude value-added tax where applicable. Any duties payable at the point of import are the customer's responsibility, except where we have advertised a duty-paid service.

Order acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. We accept the offer at the point of dispatch, when we send a shipping confirmation by email. Until that point we may decline an order for any reason, including stock errors, pricing errors and suspected fraud.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at the point of order through our payment processor. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay. If a payment is later reversed or refused, the order will be cancelled.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we receive cleared payment in full.

Returns

The returns policy is set out on the returns page and forms part of these terms. Statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are preserved where they apply.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the price paid for the order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence within the United Kingdom.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.
