Returns

We offer a fourteen-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

How to return

Write to [email protected] with your order number. We will respond within two business days with return instructions and the relevant address.

Pack the garment in the original box. Include the returns slip enclosed with your order. Ship the parcel using a tracked service of your choice.

Costs

Return shipping is at the customer's cost. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.

For faulty items, we will provide a prepaid label. Please include a short note describing the fault and, where possible, a photograph.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the return arriving at our atelier. Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To switch to a different size or piece, please return the original order and place a new one.

Made-to-measure

Made-to-measure orders are non-returnable, as each piece is cut to the customer's individual measurements. We confirm every measurement in writing before cutting begins.
