What we collect

We collect the personal data you provide when you place an order, create an account, subscribe to the newsletter or contact us. This includes your name, email address, postal address, phone number and order history. We also collect technical data such as IP address, device type and browsing behaviour through our cookies and analytics, subject to your consent.

Lawful bases

We rely on three lawful bases under the United Kingdom GDPR.

• Contract: to process orders, take payment and arrange delivery.
• Consent: for marketing email and for non-essential cookies and analytics.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors required to run our service: Stripe for payment, our shipping carriers, our email provider and our hosting provider. Each processor is bound by a data-processing agreement and acts on our instructions.

Order records are retained for six years to meet His Majesty's Revenue and Customs requirements. Newsletter subscribers are retained until consent is withdrawn. Customer-service correspondence is retained for two years.
